Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC (KFR) — pronounced KAY-FAR — is a veteran-, Black-, and woman-owned furnished housing provider rooted in Kenyan hospitality, serving extended-stay guests in Denver and Lakewood, Colorado.

We intentionally operate small.

With four carefully managed homes, KFR provides comfortable, fully furnished residences for travelers, professionals, interns, medical travelers and caregivers, relocators, and others needing temporary furnished housing. We also welcome qualified individuals and families seeking temporary emergency, stabilization, bridge, or transition housing, including refugees and asylum seekers undergoing resettlement, survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, or sexual assault, and others working toward a permanent housing solution.

Founded by a military veteran and former international humanitarian professional, KFR brings dignity, practical simplicity, and operational readiness to every stay.

We believe a furnished home should make an extended stay simpler, not more complicated.

Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC, prepares move-in-ready homes within low-density micro-communities, offering comfortable bedrooms, full kitchens where individuals and families can prepare meals according to their own needs and preferences, private in-suite laundry, free on-site parking with free attached garages in most of the units, reliable utilities, and functional residential layouts that support everyday routines within quiet residential surroundings.

As a small business, we coordinate reservations directly, review each individually to determine suitability, and remain personally accountable to every stay.
