Situated in Lakewood, the suite offers residential consistency and privacy rather than transient, high-turnover accommodations.

⚠️ Note: Suite 35B is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for patients with significant mobility challenges.

- Bathroom & Hygiene Support: The walk-in stall shower provides easy entry/exit, reducing strain and fall risk for patients with fatigue or balance challenges. A shower chair and non-slip mats are available upon request to ensure dignity and safety.
- Clinical Rest Design: Bedrooms feature blackout curtains and white noise machines to support restorative sleep for patients and night-shift clinicians.
- Pet-Friendly Flexibility: Welcoming up to 2 dogs or cats — recognizing the emotional stability companion animals provide during medical transitions.
- Central HVAC: Steady, whole-home climate control reduces patient fatigue and supports recovery.
- In-Unit Laundry: Private washer/dryer exclusive to this unit to reduce infection risk and maintain independence.
- Full Kitchen: Fully equipped for healing, home-cooked meals.

- Pet-Friendly Policy: Suite 35B welcomes up to 2 dogs or cats. $100/month per pet + $250 refundable deposit. Crates and cleanup tools are provided.

Protection & Booking Requirements:
- Accidental Damage Protection: $65 (non-refundable, per month)
• Incidental Hold: $500 standard ($750 with pets) – authorization only
• Traveler’s Insurance: Required
• Government-issued ID required for all adult residents
• Signed Residency Agreement required prior to access
All documentation and protection requirements must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Access is not granted until finalized.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Enjoy some quiet sleep in our Themed Bedrooms with blackout curtains. Mzazi room is the front bedroom. “Mzazi” stands for “Parent” in Swahili. This suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a large colorful photo of a Maasai mother and her child. Mgeni” stands for “Visitor/Guest”. This room is great for those that have visiting guests while staying with us on the property. Comfortable high profile Queen beds with 100% Egyptian cotton bedsheets, lots of pillows & mattress pads to adjust bed to your comfort level. |
