Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC (abbreviated KFR and pronounced KAY-FAR) is an owner-operated, veteran-, Black-, and woman-owned small business offering a unique alternative to senior living. Our residential care homes provide two living options: rent the suite entirely for a more private and independent experience, or choose house sharing, where residents have private bedrooms and share common areas with one other resident.
Our homes also serve as transitional spaces for those recovering after a hospital stay and needing a temporary place near treatment centers to call home. This flexibility ensures a smooth transition and a supportive environment during recovery.
We address common challenges such as lack of personalization, isolation, safety concerns, high costs, inconsistent care, and limited engagement. We understand the importance of affordable and well-managed living. We salute our veterans (and non-veterans) by being competitively priced and offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether transitioning to a permanent housing solution or staying with us long-term. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services, ensuring a positive and comfortable living experience for our residents.
Ten percent of any profits are dedicated to wildlife conservation, actively opposing trophy hunting in Africa to protect endangered species and biodiversity. Additionally, our support extends to various Kenyan initiatives, including tree planting, supporting local artists, and clean water projects.
