  • Beds may be higher than standard residential bed heights.
  • This residence features a traditional tub/shower combination rather than a walk-in shower. (Suite 35B is currently our only residence with a walk-in shower.)
  • This residence operates within a quiet multifamily community where consideration for neighboring residents is essential.
  • Children and visitors are welcome but must remain under the supervision of the registered guest and respect neighboring residents' private spaces.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

To finalize your stay:

  • A signed residency agreement for temporary housing is required prior to check-in.
  • A standard incidental authorization hold applies ($500 standard / $750 with approved pets).
  • Traveler’s Insurance: Required
  • Direct bookings require standard screening and verification prior to approval.
  • A secure link for the Agreement and Hold will be provided once payment is confirmed. Access is not granted until all requirements are completed.
  • Third-Party Platforms: KFR is directly owner-operated. We are not affiliated with third-party listing platforms like Houzlet; all transactions must remain securely on this booking channel
  • Exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor areas only. No cameras are located within private living spaces.

The Whnyter ARC is a Dual Hose Cooling Portable Air Conditioner that comes with Heater, Dehumidifier, and Fan with Activated Carbon Filter. This cools spaces up to 500 sq ft.
