Pricing & Occupancy Details
- Standard Occupancy: Patient + caregiver (2 people)
- Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 people in 2 bed/1 bath layout
- Visitors: Family/friends may visit or stay overnight for $15/night per person
- Cleaning Services: Bi-weekly professional cleaning with linens & towels included. Weekly cleaning available for +$250/month
- Starter Supplies: Limited supply of coffee/tea, tissue, paper towels, soap, and essentials provided at move-in
- Utilities & Wi-Fi: Gas, electric, water, and high-speed internet included
- Pet-Friendly Homes (Suite 17B and 35B): We welcome up to 2 cats or dogs. Just $100/month per pet with a refundable $200 deposit. Visiting pets are each $15/night. Service animals always stay free.
- Refundable Deposit: $200 standard; $400 if traveling with pets
Note: Rates are subject to change. We prioritize 30+ day stays, as Colorado law exempts them from lodging/sales taxes, making extended medical stays more affordable for families.

At Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC, guest safety and comfort come first. To make every stay secure and worry-free, we’ve put simple measures in place:

Priority for Hospital Referrals – Placement is coordinated with hospital case managers, social workers, or discharge planners whenever possible. Families supporting a loved one during treatment are also considered, with medical verification required to confirm placement.

Lease Agreement – Outlines expectations for a clear and seamless stay.

Refundable Deposit – $200 standard deposit, or $400 if traveling with pets (cats and dogs only, up to 2). Service animals are always welcome at no cost.
- Lunch & Learns – We host free sessions for case managers, social workers, and discharge planners, giving them tools to confidently guide families. This ensures patients are connected with safe, seamless housing options that ease stress and support recovery. (Currently free, subject to change.)

Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
