Situated on a multi-family property with Suite 35A above, it offers privacy, separate entrances, and a shared central heating & cooling system.
🐾 Cat & Dog Damage Deposit Policy
We welcome all cats and dogs, including shedding breeds, while ensuring a well-maintained space. To balance fairness and cleanliness, our pet policy includes structured fees and deposits (per pet with a 2 pet maximum) to encourage responsible pet ownership.
🐶 Dog Fee & Deposit
- Low- Shedding Dogs: $150 fee, $225 refundable pet deposit
- Ex: Poodles, Maltese, Basenjis, Schnauzers
- Heavy Shedding Dogs: $225 fee, $325 refundable pet deposit
- Ex: Corgis, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds
🐱 Cat Fee & Deposit
Cats require extra considerations, including litter tracking, potential spraying, and strong odors, demanding additional cleaning efforts:
- All Cat Breeds: $250 fee, $375 refundable pet deposit
- Ex: Maine Coon, Persian, Ragdoll, Norwegian Forest Cat
Pet deposits are fully refundable if the space is returned in good condition, without excessive fur, odors, or damage.

To ensure a safe, seamless stay, we have a few simple measures in place:
- Government- Issued ID Required – Valid ID for all adults on the reservation. Primary renter must be 25+.
- Rental Screening – Required for guests booking direct.
- Travel Insurance ( Required for Direct Bookings): Travel insurance provides an added layer of protection for both guests and hosts. It covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, accidental property damage, and other disruptions that might occur during your stay. This ensures peace of mind and a secure experience for everyone.
- Lease Agreement – A lease is required for all stays to ensure clear expectations.
- Refundable Damage Deposit – A deposit is collected for incidentals, plus an additional pet damage deposit for pet-friendly stays. Refunded promptly after checkout.
- Short stays (under 7 nights): $300
- Medium stays (7-14 nights): $400
- Long stays (14+ nights): $600
- Third- Party Bookings: Accepted only if all staying guests are included in the reservation to ensure clear communication and awareness of house rules.
- No Instant Booking – While we do not offer instant booking, we aim to operate efficiently as such, requiring completion of booking within 24 hours to ensure a seamless experience and avoid the risk of cancellation or decline of the request.
- Additional requirements may apply for guests with no platform history/no reviews, such as travel insurance.

Walk-in stall shower with great water pressure. We provide guests with Starter supplies. Guests are responsible for replenishing for their own use. Guests must maintain a clean-living environment when renting from us. We do stop by bi-weekly and monthly to complete mandatory unit cleanings and sanitation. |

Enjoy some quiet sleep in our Themed Bedrooms with blackout curtains. Kijiji Room is the front bedroom with beautiful Kenyan Artwork of a village scene (Kijiji in Swahili) and a beautiful Maasai mother carrying her baby. Mgeni Room is the Back bedroom with beautiful Kenyan Artwork showing a little African boy and beautiful dancer. This space is great to house your guest (Mgeni in Swahili). Comfortable high profile Queen beds with 100% Egyptian cotton bedsheets, lots of pillows & mattress pads to adjust bed to your comfort level. |
