Reports show that there is a shortage of housing for business travelers. The U.S. is currently facing a severe housing shortage, which affects both residential and temporary accommodations. High demand, especially during peak seasons, and limited availability of affordable options with necessary amenities make it challenging for business travelers to find suitable housing.  Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC (abbreviated KFR and pronounced, KAY-FAR), is a veteran, black and woman-owned small business.  We provide a unique alternative to corporate housing, addressing many of the referenced issues.

Our unique living spaces are intentionally designed to mimic the warmth and simplicity of an average Kenyan home.  Kenya is our host Anna’s country of origin.  We take pride in our gently used furniture, cherishing every scratch and imperfection. Luxury isn’t our goal; instead, we embrace humble living in its purest form while also ensuring that our suites meet your business travel housing needs.  We don’t just offer housing; we offer convenience through features that balance work and personal life, ensuring a productive and comfortable living environment. Adorned with Kenyan artifacts, our fully furnished temporary accommodation also offers you a unique home-away-from-home feeling and convenience while you’re traveling for work.

VISION:  To scale Kay-Far in ways that gives guests more in terms of a Kenyan experience through a variety of experiences outside the fully furnished temporary housing to traveling professionals.
