- Government-Issued ID: All adults on the reservation provide valid identification. This helps us verify guest details and ensure safety for everyone.
- Rental Screening: To ensure a safe and seamless experience for both guests and hosts, we require rental screening for all direct bookings over 14 nights of stay. This helps verify guest identity, prevent fraudulent reservations, and maintain the integrity of our rental process. If booking through a platform like Airbnb or VRBO, additional verification measures may already be in place. For direct bookings, screening is a simple but necessary step to protect both parties.
- Travel Insurance (Required for Direct Bookings): Travel insurance provides an added layer of protection for both guests and hosts. It covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, accidental property damage, and other disruptions that might occur during your stay. This ensures peace of mind and a secure experience for everyone.
- Lease Agreement: This outlines stay expectations to ensure transparency and alignment for any duration of stay.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: A $600 deposit ($1200 if traveling with pets) protects against any unexpected mishaps and is refunded promptly after your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
