- Pet Fees – $35/pet (for stays up to 14 nights) or $1.17/pet per night (stays greater than 14 nights). 2 pet Max (Suite 17B and 35B – cat or dog)
- Extra Guest Fee after 2 – $12/guest, per night. NOTE 4 guest max for all suites but for Suite 35B (2 guest max, unless pre-approved at which case a $16/night extra guest fee applies per guest) and Upham St. Multifamily (10 guests max – $12/guest, per night extra guest fee after 6 guests).
- Additional Cleaning – $150 ($300 for Upham St. Multifamily)
- Extra Linen fee – $100 ($300 for Upham St. Multifamily)

Please note that Govt. Issued ID (all adults on the reservation), lease agreement and security deposit hold are required to book a stay. $500 (up to 15 night) and $1000 (greater than 15 days) Damage deposit costs (applied as a credit card HOLD). An additional $200 per pet for those traveling with animals (applied as a credit card HOLD). Instead of having a security deposit HOLD, you can choose to pay a small non-refundable damage protection fee ($60 per month or $90 – $120 per month for those traveling with animals, at $30 per pet). Just notify host of which you prefer, HOLD or non-refundable damage deposit per month so that adjustments can be made to your booking. Unfortunately this fee cannot be pro-rated for shorter stays (service provider protocol). $3000 Security Deposit credit card HOLD for Upham St. Multifamily or $180 per month non-refundable damage protection fee.
- ** Cleaning fees pro-rated at $5 – $12.50 per night.
- $45 – $65 Management fee per stay up to a month. Later prorated at $1.5 – $2.17 per night for stays over 30 nights.
- A 4% non-refundable card processing fee is applied. No Refunds for cancellations made by host due to house rule violations or defrauding an innkeeper attempts.

Cancellation Policy:
Ninety six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. A 4% non-refundable card processing fee is applied. No Refunds for cancellations made by host due to house rule violations (1 or more) during your stay.
