White noise machines are also provided for those who want extra noise cancellation, consistent background sound, or enhanced sleep quality.

💵 Pricing & Occupancy

  2. $2,950/month – Upper-level units 
• Standard Occupancy: Patient + caregiver (2 people).
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 people in our 2 bed/1 bath layout.
• Visitors: Family/friends may visit or stay overnight for $15/night per person.
• Cleaning Services: Bi-weekly professional cleaning included (with fresh linens and towels provided). Weekly cleanings available at +$250/month.

We prioritize 30-day stays because in Colorado, reservations of 30 nights or more are exempt from lodging and sales taxes, making extended medical stays more affordable for patients and families. Guests may check out sooner if recovery ends early, freeing the unit for another family in need.

How placement works

1. Referral required: Placement is coordinated through a hospital case manager, social worker, discharge planner, or volunteer coordinator.
   • Families may initiate contact, but final placement must be confirmed by the care team.
2. Referral Form (required): Your care team completes our Boutique Medical Housing Referral Form (we do not request personal medical records).
3. Eligibility review: We review for fit, dates, and property suitability (typically same or next business day).
4. Virtual tour only: Once verified, we send a private virtual tour link. We do not offer in-person tours to protect cleanliness and maintain a recovery-ready environment.
5. Offer & hold: If the suite fits, we issue a placement offer and place a short hold on dates while you complete booking steps.
6. Booking packet (secure e-sign):
   • Government-issued ID for each adult guest
   • Rental terms acknowledgment / lease e-signature
   • Refundable damage deposit authorization
   • Any additional information needed for longer-stay readiness

All documents are completed via our secure e-signature portal.

1. Timeline: To keep schedules reliable for medical families, all steps must be completed within 24 hours of approval to finalize the reservation.
