Our suites are purpose-built for extended comfort and reserved for verified medical and family-support stays—not for vacation or short-term leisure travel. Priority placement is coordinated through hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, or volunteer coordinators, with virtual tours only to maintain a clean, recovery-ready environment.

This specific unit, Suite 35B, is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 900 sq ft garden-level suite in Lakewood, Colorado. It offers natural light, privacy, and comfort, making it a supportive environment for patients and caregivers during recovery.

The Kenyan theme is intentional: warm earth tones, wildlife-inspired art, and natural textures create an environment that supports healing, resilience, and peace for both patients and their caregivers.

• Restful Bedrooms & Living Spaces – Comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and quiet rooms designed for patient recovery and caregiver rest. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac for natural peace and safety. White noise machines are also provided for those who want extra noise cancellation, consistent background sound, or enhanced sleep quality.
• Central HVAC provides steady, whole-home climate control — reducing patient fatigue, supporting recovery, and giving caregivers a consistently comfortable space to rest.
• Full Kitchens for Healing Meals – Cook at home with cookware, appliances, and starter essentials.
• Bathroom & Hygiene Support – The walk-in stall shower provides easy entry and exit, reducing strain and lowering fall risk — especially helpful for patients with limited mobility, balance challenges, or fatigue. Quick, efficient bathing conserves patient energy and makes caregiver assistance simpler. Safety is prioritized with a shower chair and non-slip mats available upon request, ensuring every patient can bathe with dignity and security.
• Dedicated In- Unit Washer/ Dryer – Private laundry exclusive to this unit. Patients and caregivers avoid shared laundry spaces, reducing infection risk, saving energy, and maintaining dignity and independence.
• Extra Cleaning – Bi-weekly professional cleaning with fresh linens and towels is included. Weekly cleanings available at + $250/month.
• Work & Communication Ready – High-speed Wi Fi and work-friendly areas to stay connected with doctors, employers, and family.
• Entertainment & Comfort – 55-inch wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and more for relaxation, telehealth access, and a sense of normalcy during long stays.

• Suite 35B is pet-friendly, welcoming both dogs and cats.
• Service animals are always welcome at no cost.
• Pet Rates: $100/month per pet + $200 refundable damage deposit (up to 2 pets).
• Responsible ownership required; crates, litter boxes, and cleanup tools provided.

💵 Pricing & Occupancy

• Starting Rate (subject to change):

• 1. $2,750/month – Garden-level units (like Suite 35B, 900 sq ft)
  2. $2,950/month – Upper-level units

• Standard Occupancy: Patient + caregiver (2 people).
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 people in our 2 bed/1 bath layout.
• Visitors: Family/friends may visit or stay overnight for $15/night per person.
• Cleaning Services: Bi-weekly professional cleaning included (with fresh linens and towels provided). Weekly cleanings available at +$250/month.

We prioritize 30-day stays because, in Colorado, reservations of 30 nights or more are exempt from lodging and sales taxes (CRS § 39-26-102[11]), making extended medical stays more affordable. Guests may check out sooner if recovery ends early, freeing the unit for another family in need.

How placement works

1. Referral required: Placement is coordinated through a hospital case manager, social worker, discharge planner, or volunteer coordinator.
   • Families may initiate contact, but final placement must be confirmed by the care team.
2. Referral Form (required): Your care team completes our Boutique Medical Housing Referral Form (we do not request personal medical records).
3. Eligibility review: We review for fit, dates, and property suitability (typically same or next business day).
4. Virtual tour only: Once verified, we send a private virtual tour link. We do not offer in-person tours to protect cleanliness and maintain a recovery-ready environment.
5. Offer & hold: If the suite fits, we issue a placement offer and place a short hold on dates while you complete booking steps.
6. Booking packet (secure e-sign):
   • Government-issued ID for each adult guest
   • Rental terms acknowledgment / lease e-signature
   • Refundable damage deposit authorization
   • Any additional information needed for longer-stay readiness

All documents are completed via our secure e-signature portal.

1. Timeline: To keep schedules reliable for medical families, all steps must be completed within 24 hours of approval to finalize the reservation.

Privacy note: We never request personal medical records. The referral simply confirms medical-use or family-support use so we can keep homes quiet, respectful, and recovery-focused.
